Watch a Bitcoin address without connecting a wallet
To inspect an address once, use the free lookup: paste its public Bitcoin address and read the report. To return to addresses together, create a free Watch account and save up to three. Neither option connects to a wallet or gives the site control of bitcoin.
Look up once, with no account
The public report shows the entered address's balance, transactions and history. Lookup is read only and asks for a public address, not a seed phrase, private key or wallet approval. See how to check a balance.
Save addresses for later
A free Watch account can save up to three Bitcoin addresses. When you return, you can switch between them or view their combined balance and history. You can also save display preferences. Saving an address does not prove you own it and does not subscribe you to transaction alerts.
What a watch can and cannot see
A watch follows the public activity of the addresses you enter. It cannot discover every address in someone else's wallet, identify an owner from an address alone, or move funds. Wallet software may generate new receiving and change addresses; add each public address you want to follow. Read about address scope.
Privacy and limits
Public addresses and their transactions are visible on the Bitcoin network. Consider whether saving or sharing an address could link activity you intended to keep separate.
